The garden is blooming with fresh buds, leaves and lots of colourful flowers already!
What a wonderful start to the season with so much sunshine, colour and energy.
The Mount Fuji cherry trees are dazzling as they open their blooms early for 2026.
The sunshine has been bathing the garden in light for days and the blossoms have been opening up in response.
The cherry trees are not the only stunners right now either – the large leaf rhododendron is still looking incredible and serval of the early flowering azaleas are now looking beautiful.
If you are wanting to see the white cherry blossoms – now is definitely the time.
If the weather stays dry and not too windy – the flowers may stay for a week or so, but if we get rain or wind; the blossoms won’t last long, so hope everyone gets to visit to see them at their best.
The pink cherry blooms are always later than the white flowers so don’t worry there will be another show of cherry blossoms soon.
Today I managed to visit the garden with my camera – I couldn’t stop snapping photos because everywhere I look I saw something beautiful; the colours, the textures, the views and the newly gravelled pathways look so fresh too.
Check out todays photos captured this afternoon – pictured below –
