What a glorious few days we’ve had here at the Japanese garden.
The sun has been shining and the temperatures have been rising. The Japanese maples have been opening their buds due to the warmer weather and the garden is starting to look very colourful.
The pink cherry blossom is now on full display and there are azaleas flowering all over the garden – including the white ones which are not quite at peak yet but won’t be long.
Spring is such a wonderful time to visit the garden as there is so much colour and vibrancy. The atmosphere is buzzing with positive energy as the season gets going and the sunshine and warmth really begin to transform the garden.
Today I got to visit the garden before the gates opened to the public and I captured so many photos of the plants, flowers and vibrant new leaves that are now on show.
