~ We are not currently able to send Bonsai, live plants or our Bonsai Pots
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from receipt of order, however due to restrictions with postage services and staffing, getting your order packaged and sent may take a little longer. Please bear with us as we are a small, family run business with a small team of staff so we aren’t able to package and get to the post office everyday.
Postage Costs
Flat-rate postage charges will depend on the size, weight and breakability of the item/items being sent. We have 4 postage rates which cover our available products. Which rate is dependant on the product (if you purchase multiple items you will only pay one rate; the greatest of your selected items) :
- £2.50 for letter size items – postcards and season passes.
- £4.20 for small, light parcels and easy to package items.
- £6.25 for larger, light and breakable items.
- £7.95 for larger, heavy items including Bonsai *.
* Bonsai are delicate and require a large amount of packaging and a fast delivery so we always send them with a delivery aim of 1 to 2 days.
We use Royal Mail and DPD primarily and occasionally Evri couriers depending on the item being sent. If you provide us with an email address and phone number we will input your details when the option is available so you can be notified of a delivery (available for DPD and Evri deliveries).
