The Garden This Week

The garden is looking so colourful as Spring can be seen everywhere I look now. The azaleas are now showing off some of their stunning blossoms and a couple of them now look like pink, fluffy clouds. We are still waiting for the white azaleas – but it won’t be long now. The pink cherry trees are now looking beautiful; with their elegant blossoms dangling from their branches.

Yesterday I managed to get down the garden for a morning walk and I was blown away by the stunning colours~ the Japanese Maples are now displaying their new Spring foliage and its always so fresh and vibrant at this time of year.

The sun was shining and the light was bursting through the maple leaves and making them glow ❤️  The feeling of newness is everywhere in the garden and the atmosphere feels exciting; like the start of something wonderful. As everything wakes up from the cold Winter and embraces the warm Springtime; flowers are budding and flowering with superb colourful blossoms and trees are filling in the spaces as their foliage grows.

This is a time of year that I love so much 💕
