May has begun and another Bank holiday is here!
Today I visited the garden in the afternoon and had a stroll around the winding pathways to see the amazing, mature azaleas and Japanese maples.
I love how the blue bells and white flowering wild garlic are growing in areas next to the classic Japanese plants. The garden really is such a fusion of Japanese style and Cornish beauty.
There are flowers everywhere and so many of the azaleas are offering such vivid colours. The white azalea blooming across the small bridge looked like a fluffy white cloud it was so pickled with open blossoms 💕
The acers are looking stunning in over 100 varieties growing in the garden and all now in leaf and sporting their spring pallet.
The sun has been shining all day and hopefully tomorrow we will have another radiant day for the Bank Holiday Monday.
I hope everyone travelling tomorrow has a safe journey
