March is well underway and the garden is awakening as spring arrives!

We have been so busy with deliveries over the last 3 weeks – Bonsai, statues and gifts in abundance. Trees are being repotted daily and we have made fantastic progress in our statue sales area – which has been completely refurbished with new pathways and sale areas – which we hope will be finished by easter (fingers crossed!).

The weather has been a very wet few weeks with just a few gorgeous days of sunshine but it does feel like the temperatures are finally starting to rise at last.

The warmer temperatures are working their magic in the garden and everything is starting to wake up and grow.

The camellias are blooming and the yellow azalea is looking stunning now.

The cherry blossom is covered in buds and it won’t be long before we are seeing those gorgeous flowers!

The Japanse maples are budding, unfurling and some already leafing up – although only a few so far!

The plum blossom is already flowering and there are the gorgeous magnolia flowers appearing now too.

Spring is such a wonderful time of year with so much colour on its way and the feeling of anticipation. Everywhere you look you can see plants springing into life with buds, baby leaves, or flowers already – its wonderful.

The feeling in the garden is so positive.

Today my visit was in-between showers but the garden felt beautiful and I got many pictures – displayed below –
