Last Chance To Visit For 2025

November has arrived and the colour has been magnificent.

Its also so leafy and leaves are falling constantly now – especially with this wild wind we’ve been having!

I struggle to stop taking photos when I walk the garden now because it feels that there is something wonderful to see everywhere I turn.

The Japanese maples really are the most incredible trees with over 100 varieties planted in the garden and the range of colours and leaf shapes it really is a spectacular show at this time of year.

Some of the maples are now at their best for colour. Some are nearing their peak and others have past already. A few late colouring ones are still to come for their best display but it won’t be long now.

So mesmerising seeing the transformation in the garden for autumn. I absolutely love this time of year.

Its the last few days left to visit before we close to the public for Winter –

Last day open is 15th November.

We are open daily, 7 days a week, 10am till 5pm – last garden entry at 4pm.

Hope you all get to see the garden before we close for the season!

Also a quick update on our Online shop – this will be closing on 30th November this year – so just a couple of weeks after the garden and nursery close.
