We are now open for the 2022 season!
Its been a crazy few months since we closed for winter as we welcomed our newest member of the team (our beautiful baby boy). During this time we have been busy refurbishing and preparing the garden and nursery for reopening and now spring is here and everything is beginning to wake from its winter sleep.
Our biggest change this season will be NO NEED TO PRE BOOK YOUR VISIT – hopefully this will be a welcome change as we emerge from the pandemic, but we will keep a close eye on this and reintroduce the booking system should we feel we need it.
We have had deliveries arriving throughout February with beautiful new stock including some wonderful woodwork from Bali, garden statues and many many Bonsai.
We cant wait to see what this season brings and hope you will all enjoy the garden as much as we do.
The garden is now emerging from winter and showing many signs of spring 💕
Buds can be seen everywhere you look on every tree and plant – many of the camellias are already flowering and a couple of the early blooming azaleas – including the pink dwarf near to the entrance.
The huge leaf rhododendron has its huge and impressive buds already swelling and everywhere there is a feeling of new life.
After another rollercoaster of a year last year we are feeling positive as we open for the 2022 season and hope that this year will feel a little more settled and spring is the perfect time to make wishes as the garden is filled with hope for a beautiful season 🤞
