Cherry Blossoms Are Starting To Bloom

 

We have been waiting patiently for the cherry blossoms to open up this year and the cold weather has kept us waiting far longer than last year! Finally we are seeing those beautiful, fluffy, cloud-like blossoms beginning to open up. It won’t be long now until they are in full bloom!

The weather today is beautiful and sunny and the more of this we have, the better for the flowers! We want warm and dry for a few days to see the petals open up to their full splendour!

I walked around the garden this morning and i felt excited as i can see the Japanese Maples are beginning to leaf-up and there are so many colours waiting to be seen again. The baby leaves are always vividly coloured and the sun shining through them makes them glow.
