This week the garden has been enjoying a mixture of sunshine and cloud – after weeks of rain!
Its been very warm this week which the plants have been loving and the sunshine has been making the maple leaves glow.
Its been a very busy few weeks for us with our wedding which we held at the end of July and we have been playing catch up since then! Who knew how insane wedding planning is! lol
The Summer is always a busy time as we welcome lots of visitors to the garden and its been wonderful to see so many garden lovers in (even when its been pouring with rain!).
Its nice to see some sunshine back at last and the garden has welcomed its return (almost as much as we have!).
The new Koi have been settling in really well to their new home and watching them feed has been wonderful. The pond feels so full of life when the fish are active.
This time of year everything is growing in abundance. The trees and plants send out masses of new growth and we spend lots of time pruning and shaping.
There are now very few flowers to be seen as the trees focus on putting out new growth but there are a few blooms dotted throughout the garden.
